What are cookies?

Which cookies do we use?
- Essential cookies: Required for the site to work securely, to protect forms against misuse and to remember your cookie choice. They do not depend on your consent; if you block them in your browser, some parts such as the quote form may not work.
- Analytics cookies: Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity perform limited cookieless measurement on page load. Only explicit acceptance enables analytics cookies linking visits from the same browser. Rejecting cookies or closing the popup does not stop limited measurement. Advertising storage and ad personalisation are disabled.
- Third-party content: Google Maps is embedded on our pages to show our factory location. When the map loads, Google may use cookies under its own privacy policy and your IP address is sent to Google. You can block these cookies in your browser settings.

Administration panel cookies (ASP.NET_SessionId, .ASPXAUTH, _Login) are used only for sessions of authorised Şah Hortum staff and are never set for site visitors.
How can you manage your choices?
When cookies that need your consent are in use, the notice shown on your first visit lets you accept all, reject all or choose by category. You can change your decision at any time with the “Cookie Settings” link at the bottom of every page. When you withdraw consent, the relevant analytics cookies are deleted; limited cookieless measurement continues. Closing the popup or browsing does not grant consent. Your choice is kept for 180 days; after that, or when this policy changes, you will be asked again.
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings.
Transfers abroad
When Google Analytics and Google Maps are used, their provider Google LLC may process data on servers outside Türkiye. For details, see the Google Privacy Policy.

Site analytics and usage recordings (19 October 2026)
Şah Hortum San. ve Tic. A.Ş. uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to review visits and site usage and improve sahhortum.com.
On page load, these services perform limited measurement without analytics cookies. Google Analytics receives usage events such as page type and address, language, referring domain and clicks on product quote links. Microsoft Clarity processes clicks, scrolling and page appearance for page-level recordings and heatmaps. Requests to these providers may transmit IP addresses, browser and device information. Cookieless does not mean that no data is processed or that all data is anonymous.
Public page text and images may appear in Clarity recordings. Forms are masked; quote forms, the administration panel and error pages are excluded from Clarity. Names, phone numbers, email addresses and message text entered in forms are not added to analytics events. Advertising and ad-personalisation storage remain disabled in this integration.
If you accept analytics cookies in the first-visit popup, cookies may link visits from the same browser. Rejecting cookies or closing the popup does not stop limited cookieless measurement. Withdrawing cookie consent removes the relevant analytics cookies while limited measurement continues. Without cookies, persistent visitor/session linking across pages is unavailable and reports are limited. Use “Cookie Settings” at the bottom of the page to change your choice.
